In your initial session, "The Mystic's Classroom", Susan K reads and interprets one of your seven major chakras. In a Medium/Large Reading, Susan K communicates with spirits of your late loved one/s, throws oracle cards, scans your energies, and answers your questions with psychic awareness. Sometimes she will read one or two of your chakras, as well, and explain what that means. To answer Mystic Mail, Susan calls upon your angels or guides and her own, as well as inviting other spirits who may have your best interests at heart. She then closes her eyes and types what she "hears". This is not hearing as you hear with your ears, but is an ability called clairaudience, in which she "hears" with her mind or her spirit.
